Journey 2: War Stories
The second journey concerns our young hero as he returns home after witnessing the divine. Upon arriving his mother is holding a letter from the Selective Service System, commonly referred to as the "Draft Board." The path of least resistance seems to enlist in the Army. He is surprised to find that he enjoys basic training but is leery about what lies ahead in a distant land. He ventures forth and fortunately makes it back in one piece. However, he realizes that there is much more to spiritual awakening than merely being blessed with a Messianic vision.

Cast of Characters
It's easy to imagine that during a two year stint in the military that you would meet a wide variety of people, especially if your were sent overseas. While working for Uncle Sam, I found my preconception of the military quite different from what I actually experienced. I was especially had my eyes opened while living in an alien land. Once again my pompous and limited view of the world is exposed and I am force to learn humility the hard way.

I know that a lot of people don't want to buy stuff and fiddle around with credit cards and things like that. I'm that way myself. But after I've done all this work, I'd much rather have people read the book in hopes that it will help them along. If I make any money fine. I'd be much happier helping people along the path than getting rich anyway.
